I have the manuals, biwire jumpers and floor spikes.   I have original boxes and styrofoam packing for safe shipping.  Shipping/handling with full insurance will run $250 anywhere in the continental US.  Shipping to Canada would be a flat $350.  I can offer a $100 discount on shipping/handling if you pay by check or money order.     Free pick up in St. Louis, MO, assuming the buyer pays in cash at the time of pick up.
